In the frontend development process of the Macfit website, I used technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SCSS. Specifically, I established a flexible and modular structure with SCSS in the site’s styling, ensuring easier code management and quicker application of future updates. By integrating dynamic elements and interactive design features with JavaScript, I enhanced the user experience, making it more engaging.
Although I didn’t handle the backend, it was my responsibility to establish data connections from .NET-developed APIs and ensure the accurate retrieval of data on the site. Through API connections, dynamic content was integrated into the website, allowing users to quickly access the information they needed. During this process, I showcased my technical skills in data management and API integration.
In the Macfit website project, I designed a user experience and interface that could respond to users’ needs as quickly as possible. During the design process, I adopted a visual language that highlighted modern, dynamic, and sporty themes. I developed a simple and intuitive interface to ensure users could easily navigate the site. The color palette, typography, and icons were carefully chosen to reflect Macfit’s energetic and active lifestyle. With a strong focus on mobile compatibility, I ensured the site worked seamlessly across all devices.
From a user experience perspective, an intuitive navigation structure was created to make site navigation easier. I designed the site to be simple and user-friendly, allowing users to quickly complete membership processes, get information about gyms, and access workout programs. Based on feedback received during testing, I made continuous improvements to optimize the site for performance, ensuring it was in the best possible condition.
